Kind Words From Our Lovely Clients

“We had an amazing experience with our Birth First educator! She was knowledgeable, supportive, and funny, which was great for us. We learned so much about the stages of labor, comfort techniques, and how to work together as a team. The hands-on practice helped us feel truly prepared and confident for birth. Highly recommend to any expecting parents!”

Pamela & Adam, Sellwood, Oregon

“The Birth First educator we worked with helped me feel like a vital part of our birth experience rather than a helpless bystander. It gave me tools to help my wife during labor (she couldn’t get enough of that double hip squeeze!) and gave us the knowledge to make informed decisions along the way. So grateful we invested in this class, it made a big difference!”

Dave, Beaverton, Oregon

“Our newborn care class was incredibly helpful and reassuring. The teacher made sure we felt confident in everything from diapering and swaddling to soothing techniques. She also answered our very long list of questions and helped us prepare our home for the baby and for recovery after the birth. Thank you, Birth First!”
